A note from our founder:
Hi, I’m Eloise – I’m an author, teacher and therapist. I’m also the founder and creator of The Purpose Workshop.
Above all, I'm driven by the idea of integration - the power of bringing together all aspects of work and life; to live fully, with intention, integrity and purpose.
The Purpose Workshop is a reflection of that idea: it’s about doing the difficult work of figuring out what you want from your life, and then redesigning your lifestyle around that.
